Head to your first neighbourhood, Chinatown. Besides being an ethnic enclave for Singapore’s early Chinese settlers, Chinatown has transformed into the country’s largest heritage precinct—filled with an exciting meld of hip haunts, cultural treasures and architectural gems. Walk with your guide along the streets to take in the atmosphere and see sights such as the Buddha Tooth Relic Temple and Museum and Sri Mariamman Temple, Singapore’s oldest Hindu temple.
Explore the cacophony of car horns, bicycle bells and vibrant chatter of its residents, Little India is one of the most vibrant and culturally authentic districts of Singapore. Take in the sights, sounds and smells of the area as you immerse yourself in a truly Indian experience
Head to Kampong Glam, Singapore’s Malay enclave where you’ll stop by Sultan Mosque, aka Masjid Sultan, known for its golden dome. You also have the chance to browse shops in the neighbourhood to see traditional fabrics and other items before continuing to Arab Street to see stalls selling things like Malay dresses and handmade perfume.
At 13:00 hrs, the tour ends at your hotel.
