Terms & Deposit
A $300.00 non-refundable deposit per person is required upon confirmation of tour packages. Final payment is due no later than 60 days prior to departure. All our packages are based on cash or check payment; for other forms of payment, additional surcharge may be applied.
You may change the air and/or land portion of your reservation any time before 90 days of departure. Any change made after documents have been printed or (90 days prior), is subject to a $100.00 administrative fee per person plus any airline and/or hotel charge.
Travel Protection Insurance Plan is strongly recommended to insure your vacation against cancellation or unexpected expenses incurred as a result of injury, illness, etc. Travel Protection Plan payment is in addition to tour deposit amount and is due at time of deposit. Tour Protection Insurance Plan payment must accompany completed Travel Protection Form and is non-refundable/Non-transferable. Contact us for details.
Airfares – International Round-trip, coach class airfare on Major Carrier from LAX/SFO, and designated carriers from connecting U.S. cities (Add-on fares are available at additional cost) or otherwise stated in tour program.
Transfers are provided by private auto or motor coach as to meet your requirements. Transfers include airport pick-up and transportation to select hotel and return to airport upon departure day. Also transportation between two resorts if outlined in your package or otherwise stated in tour program.
Room, Suite or Villa accommodations are provided in the room category at the resorts indicated with daily breakfast unless otherwise stated in tour program. In some rare instances alternative resorts may be offered at listed price due to availability. Accommodation is based on double occupancy. Single rooms are available upon payment of a single room supplement.
Foreign airport taxes, fuel surcharges, U.S. departure tax, U.S. Immigration and Customs User Fees, Airport Facility Charges, Visitor’s visa, Departure taxes, excess baggage charges, inoculations or vaccinations, meals, laundry, insurance, or any other item of a personal nature not specifically mentioned herein.
After a reservation has been made with Sayang Holidays and confirmed with payment, the following penalties (per person) will be applied in addition to non refundable deposit:
60 days or more prior to departure ………………………………… US$300.00 per person (Deposit)
59 to 45 days prior to departure ………………………………….. 25% of total tour price
44 to 30 days prior to departure ………………………………….. 40% of total tour price
29 to 15 days prior to departure ………………………………….. 50% of total tour price
14 days or less prior to departure and no shows on day of departure …… 100% of total tour price
*Plus any additional charges assessed by land suppliers, hotels, rail and airlines, in addition to any revision fees.
Sayang Holidays will deliver all travel voucher document using USPS priority mail at no additional cost.
It is the responsibility of each passenger to obtain a passport valid for at least six months beyond your travel dates.
Please check with local embassy for the number of pages required for visa stamps (pages 22, 23 & 24 of US passport are not accepted as visa pages).
Clients are responsible for visa into all country they are travelling, although advice is gladly given.
Currently, no health requirements exist for visiting Indochina. However, as these requirements are subject to change, please contact your physician or local Health Dept. for current requirements.
