In the afternoon, drive to Prambanan. There, enjoy the Hindhu Temple of Rara Jongrang. This Hindu Temple complex was built by the Sanjaya Dynasty in the 9th century, there were originally no less than 300 temples standing in that area. Due to the earthquake and other natural disasters, most of the temples sit in ruin. Stop en-route for lunch at a local restaurant.

After breakfast drive to Mungkid District and explore the magnificent monument of Borobudur Temple, erected in the mid 8th century during the Syeilendra Dynasty. Under UNESCO, the restoration took almost 10 years. The beautiful relics depict the life of Siddhartha Buddha Gautama and describe the past livelihood of the surrounding people. Proceed to Candirejo Village and go around by horse-cart to witness the daily activities of a villager. Enjoy lunch at a local restaurant.

Drive down back to Ubud, with a stop at Tampak Siring, and explore the traditional bath of Tirta Empul, with its famous waterspouts that bring luck to visitors.

After breakfast drive to Mengwi to visit Taman Ayun Palace, which is located at Tabanan Regency. Then, continue on to visit the Monkey Forest in Alas Kedaton. Stop for lunch at a local restaurant, then enjoy the Tanah Lot Temple, which is built on a rock in the sea. Return to the hotel.
