Enjoy a guided tour of this charming city, which was the capital of the Inca Empire. The tour begins with a visit to the Convent of Santo Domingo, which was built over the Inca temple of Coricancha, one of the most important precincts dedicated to the cult of the sun. Next, visit the Cathedral, the most imposing monument in the Plaza de Armas. Then head to the hills of Cusco where the fortress of Sacsayhuaman is located, whose imposing walls offer an impressive panoramic view of Cusco. Continue to Qenqo, Puka Pukara, and Tambomachay. At the end of the tour, return to your hotel.

In the morning, you are picked up from the hotel to cross mountains and valleys, to the archaeological site of Pisac. It continues in the Pisac market, where local artisans display hundreds of products on their stalls, from textiles to replica Inca ceramics. At the end, a vehicle takes you to the hotel in the Sacred Valley.

During the morning, you are picked up from your hotel to visit the town of Chinchero and its archaeological remains and a beautiful seventeenth-century church, one of the first Catholic buildings in Peru. Then, you are transferred to the Living Museum of Yucay, a center Andean traditions and crafts. Continue to an Incan fortress. Go up the iconic steps of the iconic enclosure, built next to the mountain. You are transferred back to your hotel at the end of this activity. *On Sundays, also visit the local market.

A guide will transport you from your hotel in Sacred Valley to the train station. Board PeruRail's Vistadome service train that will take you to the foot of the mountain to continue by tourist bus Machu Picchu. A masterpiece of engineering and architecture that is believed to have served as a sanctuary and resting place for the Inca Pachacutec. Machu Picchu, which means Old Mountain, is considered World Heritage by UNESCO and one of the new seven wonders of the world. At the end of the tour, you will return to the base of the mountain to your hotel.

Return to Machu Picchu and visit any of the citadel´s attractions: the Intipunku (Sun Gate) was a kind of checkpoint, where the sun rises every day through this door. You can climb Huayna Picchu (subject to availability of spaces), which means Young Mountain. The ascent takes about an hour and in it is the Temple of the Moon, a complex of underground construction areas likely to be used by the elite. Finally, you will be able to see the Inca Bridge, an incredible stone building that served as the entrance or exit of the citadel.
